A major feature of our snap on capper is the ability to handle difficult sizes and shapesof both bottles and caps. From standard lotion or shampoo bottles to very small travel size neutracutical bottles our capper can be tooled to handle them all. The capper can handle conveyor fed bottles or for unique shapes, pucked bottles. The system is servo driven with a simple HMI control and can handle rates in excess of 200 bottles per minute.
