HDS Packaging's line of automatic pallet dispensers, which are completely self contained and capable of handling various pallet sizes with minimal change-over time. All lift and dispensing mechanisms are pneumatically performed – requiring little maintenance.

The automatic pallet dispenser does not require an internal take-away conveyor since the pallet to be dispensed is pneumatically indexed on to your existing line conveyor. During this dispensing sequence all other pallets within the stack are raised into position ready for smooth, jam-free dispensing. Pallets can be loaded manually or by lift truck from three sides.

The automatic pallet dispenser can be retrofitted to existing palletizers and conveyor lines, or connected to palletizers manufactured by HDS Packaging.
