Automatic Pallet Dispensing
HDS Packaging offers two solutions to handle automatic pallet dispensing. Our standard pallet magazine can hold up to 10 standard sized pallets and automatically dispense them on demand. Our specialized pallet magazine is designed to handle standard and oversize pallets up to 50 x 96 pusher pallets used for rail car or shipping container loading.

Automatic Sheet Dispensing
The sheet dispensing units are used to hold stacks of sheets and automatically and accurately dispense them onto the corresponding pallets. The simple design allows for trouble free integration into current lines or new systems. The sheet dispenser operates in line with pallet dispensers and pallet conveyors. Suction cups gently lift each sheet separately and and place them onto an awaiting pallet
