HDS End of Arm Tooling

HDS Packaging designs and manufactures a wide range of low cost, versatile robotic end of arm tooling capable of handling various products.  Designed for flexibility, each end effector is manufactured for each individual application and are available for all makes and models of robotic palletizers.

STYLES:  12"-21" BAG end of arm tooling with zero tool quick change for multiple product sizes.  Pallet hook and sheet placement capabilities

             12"-21" CASE end of arm tooling with zero tool quick change

             13"-60" CORRUGATE tooling with zero tool quick change.  For use with both bundled and loose corrugate

             12"-21" BAG and CASE combo with zero tool quick change

             VACCUUM style for most product orientations

APPLICATIONS:  Palletizing and depalletizing for small to large products of different orientations (weight capabilities depend on model of robot)

             Pallet and sheet placement

PALLET SIZES:  Handles standard 40"x48" to 48"x56" including a full range of EURO pallet sizes
