HDS examines the machines thoroughly to properly determine where improvements can made.  Once delivered to HDS' facility, machines are precisely cleaned using C02 dry ice, which is an abrasive with no moisture and disappears.  This means all components, including electrical, are never damaged.  All worn bearings, wear components and components with more than just cosmetic damage are replaced.  Once finished, the machines go through a vigorous testing and optimizing stage to ensure the machines run perfectly before they are delivered back to the clients. A new machine at a fraction of the cost.
